Remote Training - Behavior and training consults via live video chat

Remote training is not a lesser option to in-person sessions. I prefer starting all clients with at least one remote session so we can get our bearings with each other and so I can get you and your dog started right away with suggestions to minimize the occurrence of any unwanted behaviors before we ever meet in-person. It is also a cost effective way to see me frequently or for clients that don’t live in the area. I have remote clients on the opposite coast! For dogs that are fearful or reactive to strangers, we can start working together and build your dog’s skills before they ever see me in real life. It’s also a great way to try me out and see if we are a good fit for working with each other. Half hour remote sessions along with detailed emailed notes are $40 for pay-as-you-go. Package pricing is available for 3 half hour remote sessions for $105. Fees due upon scheduling. Contact us for more details.

In-person private training

We can cover just about any topic from puppy issues such as crate training, unwanted nipping or mouthing, and socialization to basic obedience and manners like polite leash walking, coming when called, jumping up in excitement, and more. We can also help you with behavior issues on a limited basis such as aggression towards humans or other dogs, fearful behavior, separation anxiety, resource guarding, and on-leash dog-dog reactivity/aggression. Pricing 

 **All fees due upon scheduling.

Single in-home private training session - $110 (1 hour) Session includes the visit to your home, emailed notes to you going over all topics that were covered, relevant demo videos, handouts, and email/telephone support. Over-time available up to the second hour if necessary - additional charges will apply. 

3 session training package - $300 All of the above included and recommended for behavior issues or owners experiencing multiple issues. Please note the package price is non-refundable and sessions are valid for 6 months.

Half hour in-home follow up/brush up - $70

Half hour packages available upon request to those living within 30 minute radius.

A travel fee will be added to any addresses more than 30 minutes from my home in Harlemville / Hillsdale, NY. Travel fee is calculated as $1 for every minute outside of the 30 minute radius. Example, if you live 45 minutes away, the travel fee added to each session cost would be $15.
